SunRADON Testing

Radon is a naturally-occurring gas that is odorless and colorless. It can become trapped indoors after seeping through cracks in foundation, and prolonged exposure can lead to lung cancer and other health problems. The State of Alabama has information on radon in our area.

We use ONLY SunRADON testing equipment. In 2018, SunRADON monitors collected over 50 million hours of Radon test data.

Jim Keeling, Owner and Licensed Inspector

As a Huntsville native, I have seen the changes in building practices over the years and have had hands-on experience in construction from the time I was 15 years old. I’ve worked in most areas of this industry, including lumber yards, construction equipment rental, home restoration, new construction, and more. 

After 38 years in the construction business and a very successful career as a touring/recording musician, I found an opportunity to be home with my family and serve my community through home inspection. 

Now, as an established and certified Home Inspector, I look forward to leveraging my experience to help you during your home buying/selling journey.
